Welcome to the 2017-2018 Hockey Season Registration with Grand Rapids Amateur Hockey Association!

This registration session will allow you to sign consents, complete contact information and submit payment.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Grand Rapids Amateur Hockey Association.

Cash Raffle Fundraising Fees for 2017-2018:
Jr Gold=$1050.00
Bantam/15U=$1050.00
Peewee/12U=$900.00
Squirt/10U=$660.00
Mites/8U=$180.00

All registration fees are returned to you in the form of raffle tickets. All fees can be recovered if all of the raffle tickets that you receive are sold

Note:  Children must be the age of 3 by July 1st, 2017 in order to register and play hockey.

Boat Fundraising Fees for 2017-2018:
 Boat Raffle Tickets =$100.00 per family

Volunteer (DIBS) Deposit for 2017-2018:
DIBS Deposit of $220 per player will be required for 10U, 12U, 15U, Squirt, Pee Wee, and Bantam players.  Checks will be collected at IRA registration nights and will be returned following fulfillment of 11 volunteer shifts per player, or deposited in lieu of fulfillment of volunteer responsibilities.

FREE EQUIPMENT PROGRAM - 50 Available 

First year players, Mites / 8U and under, are eligible for head to skate equipment. Equipment bags and skate vouchers will be handed out on registration nights, September 18, 19, and 20 at the IRA Civic Center.

REGISTRATION CHECKLIST.

1.  USA Hockey Registration Confirmation  (www.usahockeyregistration.com)

2.  Official courthouse copy of the birth certificate - for new players only

3.  Code of conduct signed by the player

4.  Consent to treat / medical history form

5.  DIBS check for $220.00 (10u / Squirt  and up)

6.  Pick up cash raffle tickets and boat raffle tickets

Players WILL NOT be allowed on the ice if all of the above is not completed.

USA Hockey Requirement

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2017-2018 Season.

  • Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
  • Note:  Players must be the age of 3 by July 1, 2017 in order to register and play hockey.

Cash and Prize Raffle & Boat Raffle Fundraiser

All players will receive cash and prize raffle tickets in the amount of how much they paid for registration. We are no longer selling the calendars. These cash and prize raffle tickets will be given to you in the amount of what you paid for each player. Each cash raffle ticket will be $30. For example, a Squirt/10U player, will receive 22 cash and prize raffle tickets at $30 each, which will equal their $660 enrollment fee. If the player/parent sells any or all of these tickets, they keep the money and that help pays for their registration fee!  This gives every player the opportunity to play Grand Rapids hockey for FREE! 

(please note: the only fees that can not be recovered are the ones collected by Minnesota Hockey and USA Hockey)

Each family will also be required to purchase $100 in boat raffle tickets. Every ticket that you sell, the money goes directly back into your pocket.

In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.

Boat Raffle fees must be paid in full at the time of online registration

Cash and Prize Raffle, Boat Raffle Ticket Pick Up and Form drop off on September 18, 19, and 20 at IRA Arena from 5:00-8:00pm.

Registration Fees are Non-Refundable
